Refund policy
If you receive physical goods that are damaged or that you believe warrant a return for any other reason, please send us a photograph of the product clearly showcasing the damage and a brief description of why you are returning it via shop@iamxmusic.com. You can also include a preferred resolution if you have one (i.e. you just need part of the product replaced). We will review all return requests and reach out as soon as we can with a suggested resolution if the product is deemed deficient.
- Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
- All messages are read and replied to in the order in which they are received, Monday thru Friday 9 AM - 5 PM EST.
- We reserve the right to decline returns and exchanges if insufficient proof of deficiency or damage is shown.
- Digital items are not eligible for return or exchanges.
